Today was my fourth time in this restaurant in the last 5 weeks. The pizza is absolutely delicious! I have tried different ones. The Sfidziosa is with truffel cream and bresaola which is of the best ones. Today I tried fried pizza for the first time and it‘s epic! Today I even was served by Cajo himselfI mean the guy whose face is on Cajos placemats, tshirts etc. very charming guy indeedif you want the real napolitan pizza, then Cajo is the place to go!

CAJO in Alghero, Sardinia, is a truly special place with an amazing atmosphere and exceptionally delicious food. The pizzas are outstanding, the appetizers and starters are fantastic, and the desserts are simply incredible. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back — 100% recommend!

Some seats are too close together, it was a bit uncomfortable when the place started getting busy. It seemed like the most lively restaurant we walked past so if you enjoy that type of company then this is for you, the hosts are really sociable. Food was good, I haven’t had pizza like this before, there was pulled beef in the sauce. However the calzone wasn’t as good.

My husband and I have been raving about Cajo since our recent trip to Alghero! Cajo is a popular spot and, though they don't take reservations, there generally is not too long a wait to get a table...and any wait is worth it! The servers greet you with smiling faces and enthusiasm. The food quality is top notch. Do not miss this gem while visiting Alghero!

Came right when they opened and got seated right away. Our server was super friendly and easygoing, which set a great tone. The beef carpaccio pizza was fantastic, but the polpette pizza fell short, just not enough meat or cheese. The green salad is literally just chopped lettuce, so keep that in mind. We sat outside, and there were quite a lot of flies hanging around, landing on the table, food, and even us, which wasn’t great. Overall, a decent spot and worth a try, but it does feel a bit like a tourist trap.

We ate here every single night while visiting Alghero! The owner goes from table to table. LGBTQAI+ friendly . The food is the best part. Delicious napolitan style pizzas. Great drink options! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun place for dinner.

Came here twice while staying in Alghero and it was the nicest pizza. So delicious and great atmosphere. Also very well priced! We did have to wait a bit when we went for dinner but was totally worth it.
